Each bedroom has a comfy bed, fresh
linens, and fluffy towels. Beds will be made for your arrival. The bonus
4th bedroom on the lower floor has its own private entrance.
The
house has an open concept living/dining area that opens up to the
spacious covered back deck. The lower deck features a second
covered seating area with fire pit and outdoor shower.

A 4 passenger GOLF CART is available for rent with the house for an additional fee for the week (valid driver's license and proof of insurance required). The golf cart is equipped with a Surf City parking permit, so you'll have free parking at the beach access locations within Surf City.

The house has 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 1 bedroom on the lower floor. The bonus 4th bedroom on the lower floor has it's own entrance for those who are on the go early or out late.
The house is equipped with an exterior cargo lift, AC, heating, large gas grill, wifi, and washer & dryer.
The lower deck features a seating area with fire pit for some quiet time or roasting s'mores after dinner. There's an outdoor shower for the best post beach rinse off!
An exterior deep basin sink and counter are available for cleaning your catch of the day on the pier. Spacious decks run along 3 sides of the house offering stunning sunrise and sunset views!

Beds made for your arrival!
Fresh linens and fluffy towels are included in the rental fee for use during your stay. Beds will be made for your arrival. Upon departure, no need to strip beds or start the laundry. Our five star cleaning crew will handle that for you!
Each upstairs bedroom features a comfy queen bed. Lower level bedroom has 2 twin beds and a large smart TV for streaming or gaming. The bonus 4th bedroom has a queen bed, large smart TV, and private entrance.

Take vacation up a notch with a street legal golf cart to transport ALL the beach gear, and the family to the beach access. No more schlepping!... well maybe a little to get over the crossover, but the ride back after a sun filled day at the beach will be worth it!

The classic MCM kitchen is small but mighty! Boasting upgraded appliances, including a brand new range/oven were just installed. The kitchen is equipped with all the elements needed to create that special breakfast, lunch or dinner for your group.
The onsite laundry has a brand new stackable washer and dryer set. Ideal for doing a quick load of towels or bathing suits after a day at the beach playing in the waves (please rinse the sand out before tossing them in).
